I'm so glad you've taken up Pilates. It's one of my absolute favourite forms of exercise. I love how it's all about slow, controlled movements and working within your limits. Good for the body and excellent for the mind. x

I'm embracing Pilates has such a powerful yet gentle way to move my body and yes, wonderful for the mind as well. Plus it's only a fifteen minute walk from where I live and walking is my favourite pass time. Sometimes, on the way back home, I'll sit and watch the lorikeets play in the ancient gum trees in the little park. Such a beautiful way to start the day. Xx
