Oh Sandra! your words resonated with me today, gardening in the rain, smiling at the wet dog patiently watching me, waiting for me to finish pruning and come inside... now and then he would shake the drops off his head.... I had been putting off pruning the lavender bushes because I didn't want to disturb the bees foraging....so in the rain I pruned...couldn't help picking a garden bag full of lavender heads to try to dry though I'm not sure how that will go wth this damp weather.... bloody hell the cemetery trust needs to know that kind of "ground work" is not appropriate! How upsetting that would've been. Hugs and more hugs my friend. xx

And the sads…they’re awful but hey, what do they say about the price of such love of and for another?
